The Dukes of Hazard Platinum Age stylee (about Slim and Spud)

Just bought a little comic book published by Prairy Farmer Publishing Co, Chicago 1924, The adventures of Slim and Spud. It's the Mutt and Jeff for the prairie farmers. Reading it I hear the voice from the dukes of Hazard.
"Folks, there are strangers in our midst".
